Equipped with a 350°C high-temperature control system, 5-stage programmable cooking, an integrated steam spray function, and 6 one-touch memory presets, the CKF-60L covers the full spectrum of baking applications-from low-temperature proofing and mid-range baking to high-heat rapid browning. The full-view double-layer tempered glass door with interior halogen lighting allows chefs to monitor baking progress without opening the door and disrupting oven spring.
