Simultaneously, by spraying water or generating steam on the heating elements, the humidity inside the oven is increased, ensuring the food is crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside.

 

The electric combi oven is a computerized model and offers the following features:

  • Quick Exhaust: The oven features a quick exhaust valve inside. When cooking moist foods or large batches, you can open it directly or set it to open a few minutes before the end of the cooking process to quickly expel moisture and ensure the food is cooked properly.
  • Scheduling: Set a date, time, and a desired recipe, and the oven will execute it hours or even days in the future.
  • USB: The USB port is located below the control panel, next to the power switch, for uploading and downloading data, including menus, interfaces, and parameters.

 

The electric combi oven distributes heat through hot air, circulating it for uniform temperature. It combines baking, steaming, and steam-baking functions in one unit, and also features menus, layering modes, automatic cleaning, and preset settings. Choose from electric and gas models, as well as mechanical, electronic, computerized, and touchscreen models.
